Keeping Up With Medical Phone Apps

The Krafty Librarian has a post today about identifying good medical apps for smartphones. Some blogs she recommends for keeping up with the latest trends:

• iMedicalApps -- Tends to lean toward apps for the iPhone, although it does cover others. A recent post you may find useful was titled Should medical professionals get an iPhone, Blackberry, or Android phone? It’s complicated.


• MedicalSmartphones.com -- similar to the blog above, but this one does a better job of tagging which devices the apps work on


• PC World App Guide - Medical -- this site for the magazine has reviews for apps of all kinds


• Mobile Health News -- a site for keeping up with news related to the use of mobile devices in healthcare
